Phone not working properly? Try the following:
These simple steps can help in a majority of cases.

Reset the device
1. Switch off the device. 2. Remove the battery. 3. After a few seconds, re-insert the battery, and switch on the device.
Reset settings
Restore the original factory settings as explained in the user guide.
Update software
Make sure your device is running the latest software.

Remember to back up your contacts and data before updating.
Common problems
My phone displays "SIM card rejected" or "SIM card unaccepted".
My phone is requesting a PIN/PIN2/PUK/PUK2 code.
